Surprise!!!

Well the season of celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus is upon us and the shopping is done, the yearly letter is done, the xmas cards are almost done, and the house is decorated. Whew almost right on track. Oh what a thrill to think I am organized to some degree. Life is so fun isn't it. My next goal for this week at least to slip it all in with the rest of my task is to get the boys birthday invitations done and then begin my xmas baking done. I can do it yes I can. Now there seemed to have been a comment about whether or not I could blog in french, I can do a little bit but my grammer in french is horrible which is why I am taking a
french course. To appease the curious I will try to blog a few lines without to many spelling errors. Je suis fraiment excite pour Noel!! Mon frere et ma souer va nous visitez pour un coupe de journer. J'espere que ill va avoir des bonne nouvelle pour moi. J'ai un petit secret que je vas tus dire dans la nouvelle annee. Je pense que je vas retourner a anglais maintnant. I hope this is good for now please challenge me and put me to the test again in the spring to see if I have improved. Well my dear friends time to journal privately and then head off to bed with the hope that I can get a good start to my week. Before I go to bed I need to fold 4 baskets of laundry. Fun, fun, fun!! I hope you all enjoy preparing for the season only to remember the most important reason. When stress befalls you step back and relax and JUST REMEMBER JESUS!!!! He will get you through!!! Life does Go By!

A few things grasp my heart since I last blogged. Like a couple of weeks ago I was a little preturb and did some venting on how our seniors are treated these days. It is very sad. I am only too glad to be able to do things for my GRANDMOTHER!!!! She is 87 years old and is a trooper and the little help she needs only brings joy to my heart. It was kind of odd as this sort of all came the week I was able to spend time with her as she is a odd snowbird rather than going south for the winter she goes to the north to spend time with her daughter, and in the midst of her travel she blesses me with a wonderful visit. She is the greatest and would put us all to shame with all that she is still capable of doing. Then there is those who are only seen for a ticket to swindle money from or have become a burden to the family. How fair is that where is the justice for them, they did there time in life and deserve to be treated with respect and allowed to have all the dignity owing to them. When I see these seniors be abused or misled or any injustice as such, something just rises in me to say "no" it is not right. I think that someday I will be a senoir and I only hope there will be some young person there to help me out if I ever need it. I feel especiallly sad for the grandparents that think if I do something kind that they need to pay me or repay me something for me. When it has brought me nothing but joy, complete joy !!! The other peice I am realizing is the myth of parenting skills not all kids are the same and you cannot determine the childs temperment and him or her needs are different. There this old ma ma bear is being stretched right to the limit. It is incredible. They are incredible litte being's. Time for me hmmmm...... what is that.............One time I would do my house work then play. Just like my mom did. Well she did housework anyways, for the show home that needed to be presented. They also are stretching me in the area of potty training as this mom who could have kids trained before 2 has failed miserably, and am I now eating humble pie. AAAHHHHHHHH!!!! It is all good as we all have to learn and we all have to expand and allow our minds and our wills to be willing to change in one way or another.Life is way to short for us to stick to the same old mold and not want to give it up for the sake of vanity. Soo what else I'm not sure if I mentioned this before or not but I will be taking Level 2 Fracais. I am so much looking forward to this. Back to school. I love it. I actually like that idea, maybe I should go back to school. HHHMMMMM!!!Maybe I will have other news for you next month. Until then I must sign off as you all know how it is family calls!!!! YA! YA!
